You agree not to: (a) misuse the Services; (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; (d) attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Services; or (e) use automated means without permission. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. User Content & License

You may submit content (e.g., résumés, job descriptions, messages). You grant OneHire a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to OneHire and are protected by law. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not use our IP without written permission.

6. Job Listings & No Guarantee

Job postings and candidate profiles are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or the outcome of any hiring process.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://onehire.net/privacy-ploicy.

8. SMS/MMS Terms (Required Disclosures)

By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from OneHire via web form, account signup, job application, keyword, or other medium, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from OneHire. These may include:

  • Appointment and interview reminders
  • Application status updates and account notifications (e.g., verification codes, security alerts)
  • Job alerts and recommendations
  • Two-way conversations with our team about roles, services, or support

Data we collect for the SMS program includes your mobile number, message content, and delivery information (timestamps, status). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no such amounts were paid.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneHire and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Michigan, USA, unless otherwise required by law. You and OneHire waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version at https://onehire.net/terms with a new Effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
