On the candidate/recruiting side, we specialize in placing mid-to-executive level candidates across multiple industries; however, our primary focus is within medical devices (orthopedics, spine, wound care, diagnostics) and manufacturing/automation.Other areas of concentration include consumer products, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, personal care and automotive.  Additionally, we work individually with candidates to provide resume development and career coaching.

On the client side, in addition to recruiting, OneHire also provides a scalable and comprehensive outplacement program that can be delivered virtually. Additionally, we offer consulting services and recruting process outsourcing (RPO) / vendor management (VMS) for small to medium size companies, etc.
